Kimberley Feeney Zollo, CFP®
Owner/President
With over 30 years of experience, Kimberley Feeney Zollo, CFP®, is a seasoned financial professional and the founder of Essex Capital Management. She specializes in creating personalized financial strategies that empower clients to achieve their goals and build financial wellness.
Kim honed her expertise State Street Research & Management, where she held leadership roles including Vice President of Business Management for Equities and VP of Mutual Fund Performance Analysis and Compliance. In 2005, Kim shifted her focus from institutional money management to pursue her passion for personal financial planning, where she felt her work could have the most direct and meaningful impact.
A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner since 2007, Kim upholds the CFP Board's Code of Ethics and is dedicated to providing ethical and transparent service. She holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University where she was honored with membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, a distinction for excellence in business studies, a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning from Salem State University, and a BS in Business Administration.
Kim is passionate about education, having served as an adjunct professor at North Shore Community College. She is also dedicated to empowering others through her volunteer work as a financial coach with the Financial Planning Association's pro bono Dana-Farber program, helping individuals with cancer navigate their financial concerns. Beyond her professional and volunteer commitments, Kim values time with her family and enjoys her hobbies, including golfing and reading.
